Floyd Mayweather Jr. linked to potential bout with Ryan Garcia
Rumors have emerged about a potential bout between 49-year-old Floyd Mayweather Jr. and WBC super welterweight champion Ryan Garcia. Garcia reportedly stated he would only accept an officially sanctioned professional bout. Mayweather's last professional outing was against Conor McGregor in 2017.
British sources report multiple third-party statements (trainer Robert Garcia, Keith Thurman, Amir Khan) on Mayweather's chances, while independent sources focus on Garcia's conditions for the fight.
